Each day includes 4-6 hours of content, divided into modules with lectures, video demonstrations (high-level overviews), quizzes, and hands-on exercises (simulated or conceptual). The focus is practical scenarios on Linux OS environments, emphasizing on Operational Security for the team members who run APT campaigns.
